The annual LUPC Membership Survey Report 2025 is now available.
This report shares the results of our recent membership survey.
Thank you to our members who took the time to participate. Their input gives us a clearer picture of what matters to them and where we can improve, providing both strengths to build on and opportunities to do better. The insights will guide our decisions in the months ahead and help us focus on the areas most important to our members.
Key highlights include:
- 100% of respondents would recommend LUPC to other organisations
- 98% are happy with the range of events we provide
- 94% rated our customer service as good or excellent
