Lot 1 - Lift Service & Maintenance
Regional sub-lots across the UK (North East & Yorkshire, North West & NI, East of England, South West, South East & London, Wales). Includes LOLER-compliant maintenance, call-outs, emergency release, defect rectification, autodialler testing.

Lot 2 - Installation & Modernisation
National coverage for new lifts, platforms and stairlifts, plus modernisation projects. Full delivery including builder’s works, electrical and setting out.

Lot 3 - Lift Consultancy
National coverage for site surveys, design/specification, tender support, audits, compliance assessments (LOLER, Equality Act), project management and energy efficiency reviews.
