Articles of Association
LUPC's Articles of Association set out its constitution, responsibilities of its directors and the kind of business undertaken. They also define the contract between LUPC and its members.
LUPC Board
LUPC is a company limited by guarantee and is led by a Board made up of senior directors from our member organisations. All Board members are elected by the membership, except for LUPC’s Director, who reports directly to the Board.
Our Board provides strategic leadership and sets the overall direction for the consortium. It chooses the Chair and Deputy Chair, appoints the Director, agrees the budget, publishes the Annual Report and Accounts, and oversees all other responsibilities involved in running the company.
The Board meets four times a year. It delegates day-to-day management to the Director and decisions on operational priorities to LUPC’s Executive Committee.
Board minutes are available on request - please email Suzanne Picken.
