Pre-qualification of suppliers
The Cabinet Office has recently completed a review of the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) PPN 03/24 which can be found here. You can also find the Debarment list here.
For pre-qualification of construction procurements the Common Assessment Standard (CAS) should be used. The new version of CAS was released by Build UK on 1 July 2024. CAS replaces the PAS91which is no longer maintained and has formally been withdrawn by BSI.
