LUPC is continuing to hold Q&A sessions for LUPC members, approximately quarterly, to address any questions around the new Procurement Act 2023 and its implementation.  These sessions are run by Mohamed Hans, an expert on the interpretation of public procurement rules. There will be a theme for each session with plenty of time for members to raise any concerns or questions they have for open discussion with Mohamed.
