Heads of Procurement Event

This meeting is for Heads of Procurement from LUPC Member organisations to share knowledge and experience of a wide range of topics including management, strategic matters and career focus.

 

The free to attend event will take place at The Wesley Euston Hotel & Conference Venue, 81-103 Euston Street, London NW1 2EZ on 24th July between 10am-2.00pm. The Agenda is as follows:

1150      WebRecruit: Recruitment and Retention.

Finding good, reliable staff and keeping them is a challenge we all face.  This session will cover how we can improve our processes and address some of the key ways to recruit and retain personnel, even if you can’t offer the most competitive salary!

 

1245      Lunch and Networking

 

1315      Open Discussion – what do you want to see/hear about at our future events? How frequently do you want to meet? and where?  This is your opportunity to tell us what you need and how we can help you best.

 

1335      Open floor for AOB.  Alternatively, please submit questions to be posed to the group in advance for discussion on the date.

 

1400      Close.

 

For this first meeting, we will be limiting attendance to 40 Heads of Procurement as we would like to encourage a large amount of interaction.
