New Manual on Contract Management – and it’s Free to Download!
A new manual of best practice in contract management is now available, and it’s free to download.
Written by LUPC Director Andy Davies and aimed primarily at the local government sector, the manual, entitled You and Your Contractor, is full of tips and advice on how to manage contracts and contractual relationships post-award, for all contracts - from the very simplest, right up to complex PFI arrangements.
“This is the second edition of a manual that Capital Ambition commissioned me to write for London’s local government sector in 2007, but the central message is just as applicable to any other part of public service” said Andy. “It’s now been completely revised and updated. All the case studies are real, but I had to anonymise them to save the blushes of those involved!”
The manual is 93 pages long and includes templates for use in managing contracts.
