Jacquie Devonshire
Interim Senior Contracts Manager Biography: Jacquie has 18 years’ experience in public sector procurement and programme and project management. Her career includes significant experience in property and construction procurements for the Department of Health and the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), where she also produced the Achieving Excellence in Construction Procurement guidance, and delivered client training on project management and procurement best practice including OGC GatewayTM Reviews. As Programme Manager, Jacquie successfully turned around a failing £100m+ bio-containment laboratory procurement, achieving a green light at Gate 2, and more recently she led on Building Schools for the Future procurement programmes for a number of London authorities. In 2010, Jacquie delivered a Facilities Management contract and Capital Works framework EU procurement for the BBC. Her last role as Interim Head of Procurement for the University of London gave her an ideal insight into the LUPC Member experience. Jacquie is Prince 2 Practitioner and APMP (Association of Project Management) qualified. Jacquie is covering Clemmie Smith's agreement portfolio during her absence on maternity.
