Foodservice 

Foodservice related procurement within  HEI`s in London  is conducted through the London Universities Caterers Association (LUCA) a regional member of The Universities Caterers Organisation (TUCO). LUCA is an organisation of eligible In-House caterers within the constituent Schools, Colleges, Institutes and Halls of Residence of London`s Universities. A number of regional  commodity arrangements are in place for foods, beverages, catering consumables and related products and services. LUCA members  also utilise a range of  national HEI foodservice commodity arrangements through TUCO Purchasing Ltd (TPL), its national umbrella organisation
