North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium has awarded an agreement for Vehicle Hire and Leasing. The agreement is split into three lots: Vehicle Hire (Lot 1); Vehicle Leasing (Lot 2) and One-Stop-Shop (Lot 3). This agreement is open to LUPC Members.
