London Universities Purchasing Consortium is a not-for-profit professional buying organisation, owned by its Members, for its Members.
LUPC exists for one reason alone – to generate savings and better value for our Members through the collaborative procurement of goods and services. Through both contracts and framework agreements – all of which are compliant with EU public procurement regulations – our Members purchase a wide range of products and services, from IT, library resources and laboratory equipment to temporary workers and business travel.
Membership of LUPC is open to universities and colleges in and around the capital, as well as other not-for-profit, public and third-sector organisations from our neighbouring sectors in the arts, sciences and education.
